I WILL BE GETTING MARRIED THE SAME WEEK AS YOU AT THE SAME RESORT!!! How exciting. We are getting married June 14th 2012! I still have so much to plan and I am so nervious about how everything will turn out. Everyone keeps telling me to calm down.

 

So far we arent getting a DJ because my fiance and my dad think it is a waste of money. But I feel totally nervous that with just an ipod it will be cheesy. Im sure everything will all workout in the end but I wish I was there already so I could see what everything looks like.

 

7 MORE WEEKS GIRL!!! It is coming up so fast. If you have any questions or just want to share ideas of what we both are doing that would be awesome. I have so many questions too and I have had a hard time getting ahold of the wedding planner down there.

Hey Sarah! I am getting married the same week as you at the same resort. I tried replying to this post before but I am not sure if it worked! I am getting married on June 14th 2012 at DPA. I am so excited but I am having the same anxiety as you. I feel like I have so much do to before I get there. I have been questioning everything too. I really want a DJ but my dad and fiance think it is a waste of money. Oh well I cant have everything I guess. I would love to chat with you or share information on our wedding if you would like. I am sure it would be helpful to both of us!! This way we could give our men a break, well at least mine. I keep chatting his ear off about it all.

 

I am also curious about the dates you are going. We arrive on the 10th and leave the 17th.

Hi 2012 DPA brides! I'm about 6 months out from our november DPA wedding! Can't wait! Got a lot of the big things done: Dress - chiffon Maggie sottero Location - gazebo at 4pm the reception at el patio STD - sent in feb- made onshutterfly with pic of us in snow in our swimsuits in chairs with coronas cheersing! Got agent recommendations thru this site and she's been great so far! Week itinerary - so planning for welcome night bonfire on beach with cocktail - appetizers after quick walk thru w wedding party; then frid thinking of hiring fat cat sailing catamaran trip for our entire group - booze cruise, dancing, swimming, snorkeling.
