Also, does anyone know if they do your hair, do they have flowers or anything to add? I'm not sure how I want to do my hair yet, or if I want to add anything.

Sorry I'm not sure about the hair stuff though - my MOH and a BM are both hairstylists so it was never a consideration for me.

I think you can get a flower (a real one), but you'd probably have to tell the WC ahead of time so that she can order one from the florist. The florist is not onsite. I'm not sure how far they come from but they would deliver your bouquets and stuff the morning of your wedding day.

What I've heard about real flowers in the hair is that they are likely to wilt and some pollen stains which is why I'm going with fake. Plus one less thing to worry about.

Exactly! That's why I went with a silk flower. It was good to have because I ended up wearing it again for my AHR.

Ooh thanks Adrianne! Last night was crazy so I hadn't made it to the facebook page yet like I thought so this helps a lot!

 

I'd have to agree with the comments about a real flower wilting. Plus if it's a little windy like it sounds to be at the gazebo, a silk flower would definitely hold up better than a real one.

 

And I have to point out that as of today my ticker is now counting in DAYS and that has me very excited!!! It's just 26 days until we leave now and I'm trying to figure out the things that I'm missing on my to-do list! I feel like I should have a bunch but for whatever reason, I just don't - it's unnerving!

For the girls who just got back or who are about to go.... where did you decide to have your reception? I'm anxious to hear all about it! I'm thinking the lagoon... any other thoughts? 22 days until we leave!!!

Is the lagoon the same as the poolside? I think I'm starting to get things mixed up!!

Not sure if poolside is the same thing as the lagoon. The lagoon could be referred to as the "natural pool". But not sure if thats what you're talking about Also if poolside is different, are they referring to the adult pool or the main pool? I didn't have the option for

"poolside" last summer. I probably just confused you ladies more... sorry!! But if any of the recent brides have the answer, that would help
