He'd have loved me then lol I have no religion, have an inverted pentagon on my back and ganesh a hindy god on my arse!!!! lmfao

I've said it before I respect everyone's own beliefs and their freedom to express them, i may not agree but each to their own, but what I don't agree with is someone forcing their views upon me.

I don't go around saying well I think what you believe is shite and explain why this and that happens. So why should someone preach at me and tell me what to do.

If he was in the UK he'd have been lynched where I live for that. I mean what would they prefer? teenage pregnancies and lots of unwanted and uncared for kids (if they want to have sex nothing is gonna step them) or BC - I know which i'd pick.

It is neat that you brought this up, Yari - this is a really huge issue right now in Ontario. The CPSO, our provincial regulatory body for physicians, has drafted a policy making exercising religious/moral beliefs while working grounds for misconduct. The policy was drafted because of new changes to our human rights code that will make physicians subject to complaints on the basis of discrimination if they did something like, say, refuse to prescribe BC pills.

Just like on here, it is really controversial! But show me something about religion that isn't :)

Wow, that is interesting.

Who knew that this topic would become controversial? It's sort of funny, I just went to the doctor for a normal PAP...LOL.

I addressed the first amendment in my reply only as a reference to the fact that he did not exercise freedom on speech as you mentioned. If anything, he exercised his personal choice and as such it is not related to the freedom of speech. Additionally, personal choice and freedom of speech still make him accountable regardless of your intent, religious or political.

I hope the responses don't set you aback. This issue has obviously touched a nerve on the forum.
Very well said. you don't get to excuse accountability b/c you are a fundamentalist about something.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
