Thanks for the info! Stupid question potentially - but did they keep the drinks cold?? We are trying to decide between the official bubba mugs from their online store (with the insulation)

http://www.shopbubba.com/c-17-mugs.aspx which will cost about $7.5-$8 each (For 50+ guests) or the factory 21 ones that are still fun and may still just do the trick? We would just fill the bubba mugs with a few things like advil etc bc we wouldn't be able to afford the mugs plus all the other stuff for that many people. Also - how many oz were your mugs?

Haha I asked the same question on a different thread. I ended up emailing Factory 21 and they said that they are well insulated and would keep the drinks cold for hours. I had ordered Bubba's for my wedding party, but just ordered Factory 21 ones for the rest of the wedding group. I will let you know when the Factory 21 ones come in, and will do a comparison (but I just ordered today so it will probably be a a month until they are printed and clear customs etc).

For your reference, here is my other thread, which also has some info on Factory 21 for shipping to Canada.

Make sure if you order from shopbubba.com that you use the promo code for bulk orders. I think we ended up getting 51 Bubbas for about  350.00 (with the 15% off promo). The only crappy thing is the shipping to Canada - we were able to ship to a friend in the US and we will pick them up.

I looked at factory 21 as well, and I think as far as cost went it was very similar to do factory 21 and get custom printing, or do the bubbas without printing. I figured people would really recognize the quality/cost of the Bubba brand and appreciate it being in our gift bags (it's the only expensive item). I also feel very confident in how cold the Bubba's keep things......however....it's not like your drink will be sitting for hours anyways before you get a refil....lol....so I'm sure the Factory 21 ones are great! :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
