Hey there! We're having a civil ceremony at paraiso beach (same side as del mar), Gabriela told me that all we need are our passports and our un-translated long form birth certificates. There is a blood test that will be done when you meet with Gabriela a few days prior to the wedding date. I think it's $100 each but not 100% sure of that cost.
Also, if anyone getting married (civil ceremony) at Del Mar/Beach wants to see some of the stuff that Gabriela has you fill out prior to the wedding, let me know and I'll email em to you.
She sent me some forms the other day requesting bride & groom information as well as witness in and another document requesting our preferences for the ceremony location, cake flavour, reception restaurant, etc.
