On Monday I have a phone interview with a travel agency for an entry level travel agent position. Looking for any sort of advice that may be beneficial. I have been researching the company so I sound educated about it. What makes one person more desirable as a TA over anoter?

I've heard it's good to have a game plan (like who are you going to bring them, marketing wise) and just sell yourself.

I'll also be watching this thread as I hope to be in a similar position soon! :)

      Good luck Lucy! :)
