I need help (what else is new lol). I have to make two inserts for my pocketfold invitations~ One with the resort and travel agent info and one with a tentative itinerary. How the heck do I go about having these printed up? Can I just go into Staples and tell them what I need done? Do I have to make them up on my computer at home first? I would attempt printing them at home, but I figure the with cost of buying ink and getting the paper to the right size, its easier if I just have someone else do it. I'm so challenged with this stuff its not even funny.smile105.gif So, how do I get this done?

These are my invites...

So, if I do it in word on my computer I can take that to Staples and they will handle the printing? If it was on regular size paper I would probably just print them myself, but I have no idea how to get paper that is the right size or how to get my printer to print on diff size paper, so probably easier for me to have someone who knows what they're doing do it. I laugh at how challenged I am when it comes to this stuff.

I had four inserts plus the invite itself which were all custom sizes. I created each one in Publisher and then brought the files to a local printer (not a Staples/Kinkos, just an independent printer) and gave them the finished dimensions for each insert. I also printed/cut out 1 sample set myself to give them for reference. They printed and cut each one to size & I think it cost me around $250 total for 150 invites. I felt that it was worth the cost to save me the hassle.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
