Well thank you! I just double checked, and it looks like shipping is $16.95...so depending on how many things you were ordering, it might be worth it to order from here (Paper Lanterns, Party Supplies and Chinese Paper Lanterns - PaperLanternStore.com)!!

FYI**Just to give you an update...I spoke to Lynda at Luna Bazaar via email this morning, and, they WILL ship to Canada, you just have to call your order in.

I ordered 5 parasols...and paid $16.95 for shipping. Each parasol worked out to be about $10.90...so it was worth it to me! Hopefully I don't get dinged with any extra duties at the border though...that always puts a damper on ordering!

I ordered fans and parasols from asianideas.

Delivery was $41 CAD. But you know what... it was SO worth it, I could not find anywhere in Canada that sold them, so you either pay, or you go without!

But it works out great if you are getting fans too!

We ordered 50 fans, 6 parasols. With delivery it came to $121.47.

And the quality was GREAT!

remember you can sell the parasols after and make back some of your money! That's what I did! I sold them for 6$ each and people I had SO many people who wanted to buy them, I definitely could have sold them for more.

So that helps make up for the fact that shipping is so expensive. You can probably get like half your money back!

Great idea! You sound like a true e-bayer! I saw your bouquet. It is gorgeous. Is the pink flower hibiscus? Who did your flowers?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
