Hey Weddingirl. I am getting married in the azul fives on Tuesday 30th June2009!!! only 10 days after you. We will probably be in the hotel at the same time as you as we arrive on 22nd June. It took my travel agent about 2-3months before they confirmed my date.

oh thats fab its been confirmed. How long are you staying at the fives for? Have you thought about what you are going to do for an evening receiption etc or where you are wanting to get married?

 

I have asked the hotel what the options are of places to get married but he was very vague!!

We are staying for 7 days so that we can get ther free "sweet package." We are staying from Wed(June 1cool.gif - Wed(June 24) I will be there when you arrive.

I am not sure about the beach size and the natural area but I asked fabio how private the beach is and thsi is what he said to me

"The Azul Fives is located next

to a government protected area, that means that no Hotel will be located to

one of our sides, to the other side there's a small 50 (aprox) rooms Hotel,

therefore we do not expect heavy beach traffic at any time.

"

Hi,

I am actually trying to decide between Sensatori and Fives...is Sensatori a lot cheaper than Fives?

Did you compare either of these to other resorts (Palace Resorts, Dreams)? And if so, are these a lot more expensive, or about the same?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
