Hey girls! I know there has been almost no info on Beach Palace, but I'm getting married there next month and will be able to post more pics or answer more questions!

Here are some pics from the wedding coordinator of the complimentary cake (which comes in vanilla, choc, carrot or strawberries and cream) and of the sky terrace.

Yes I am doing the complimentary, then I'm having a private dinner and getting a small audio package for background music during the dinner.  When's your wedding day??  Do you have Rebeca as a wedding coordinator?

I leave next Thursday so I'm trying to tie up the loose ends, but us and all our guests are SO excited. 3 more just booked in the last few days, so I have to go get more stuff for gift bags.  Oh last minute guests *sigh*, it'll be worth it though!

I am so excited for you!  How many guest will you have total?

My Miami coordinator has been Diana.  She's been great.

Our wedding isn't until next June, so we've got quite a bit of time.

I'm just going to live vicariously through you.

Enjoy these final moments of planning.  Before you know it you will only have the memories and be posting a review for the rest of us!

Thank you, were so excited to, but these last weeks coming up to the wedding have WAY too many glitches to just enjoy the planning.  I love the crafty projects, but other details are def stressful. My little hamster died last night too :(

We're all ready for a vacation though, we have about 16 guests, all high energy great people.  I think they'll all feel like this will be the trip of a lifetime, so the anticipation is building like crazy!

Feel free to ask me anything in the coming months, as there are almost no other brides on this forum posting about Beach Palace.  June will be here before you knew it, 9 months ago felt like 2 weeks ago for me!

Hi ladies!

I'm a new Beach Palace bride - just got the date confirmed for 9/10/11!!! I've been looking through this thread and it is so odd that there's really not too many of us here. The reviews on Trip Advisor sealed the deal for me - we were debating between Azul Sensatori and BP. Thanks for all the pics you have posted, every little bit helps. We are just in the beginning of planning but we've recieved quite a bit of information about the cerenony and private function options. Diana is our coordinator too and we're working with DestinationWeddings.com to coordinate the travel arrangements. So far the experience has been good!

Feel free to give me any advice, tips or additional photos!!

~Ashley

I definitely must be a newbie because I dont even know what the "miami coordinator" is? Can someone enlighten me? I am really so unsure about whether to get the emerald package or go with the complimentary package... I really want as little hassle as possible, but I just dont know if $2375 would be worth what you get...doesnt seem like THAT much of a better deal... was thinking it might make more sense to get complimentary and bring ribbons, fabric for chairs, buy an upgraded bouquet, etc... Sorry to ramble... if anyone has any help on any of my ramblings, thanks!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
