those look great sarah! i was thinking of you today because i was doing some iron-on stuff to some canvas bags that i bought for my MOHs and my mom- i cant beleive you did so many of them- 3 bags and i was getting tired! I also finshed our welcome letters, OOT bag labels, and attempted to start tweaking the vows the officiant sent- big wedding day for me too!

Yay Nicole! We were working on the same stuff today:)

Today I made all the luggage tags (54) and finished all the OOT bags (10 iron ons). I also started working on the wording for the invites, and the pocketfolders should be here in a couple days so I can get them out in the mail. Now I'm brainstorming what to put on my program fans, timeline card, menus, and white fans. I'm finally getting to the fun stuff!

I ordered a ream of red metallic paper, champagne metallic paper, and platinum vellum last week and I'm just going crazy with it! lol

Yes, I have 300 piece of metallic cardstock and vellum laying around my house now. I think my printer will break before I can do everything I want to do! lol

Jeff says I should write a book, or do something with all this miscellaneous creativity. Although, the sad thing is that nothing is an original idea. It's just all stuff I've copied and made my own along the way.

DIY intervention- not until after the wedding, please! I have too much to do! lol

Ok, ok, we'll wait till after the wedding. I guess I'm a little busy right now to stage an intervention anyway.

Seriously though, you have beautifully infused your own style & sense of creativity into these projects...sure you borrowed a general idea, but you so totally made it your own. I would say you have effectively branded your wedding! Ever consider getting into marketing? :)

How about offering to help make photobooks with BDW Friends engagement photos?

Just an idea.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
