We were just wedding crazy today Nicole! You definitely need to post some pics too- your stuff always turns out great. We need to go into a DIY wedding business together...lol

Everyone, please borrow or steal all you want! That's what this forum is for- sharing great ideas. The luggage tags certainly weren't an original idea of mine. I just saw the idea and modified it to fit my decor and theme!

I'm sending them out a couple weeks before the wedding with my welcome letters.

On another note, who is Aylee? Is she on our board? I've heard her and her fantastic signatures mentioed before... but I am confused.
Aww **blushing** thanks Kash. I'm just a little bit of an obsessive perfectionist that likes to make stuff. Anyone could do this stuff- I just probably have a little more patience for it than most! You're too sweet. If you ever need help making anything, let me know. Besides, I have to do something to impress my guests. All you have to do is walk out in that knockout dress of yours! lol

She actually will still do one free monogram for people. Then, I think it's $15 for 5 monograms. She has really nice designs, and a fast turnaround. I've gotten alot of my DIY projects (timeline and program fans, in addition to DIY monograms) from her website. She's great!

Thanks for all the nice comments girls. Seriously, these aren't hard at all. Neither is anything I've made for that matter. Just sometimes time consuming. If anyone needs detailed directions, just PM me. These were super easy...

She did like 9 different monograms for me for free hehehe and then I asked her to change them 'cause she put July 7, 2007 and I wanted 07/07/07 monkey.gif

I totally think a DW book should be written from all the ideas on this site!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
