Paradisus Punta Cana Wedding Review

Recommended Posts

I cant imagne paying 900.00 a night for anything - look for a package deal online which includes flight and room

The guests who booked there trip ala cart ended up paying 250 a night for two people in a regular room and that included all inclusive - I know it advertises more on some sites but thats what it was upon arrival. 5 days to include flight, transfer and room averaged 1100.00 per person for the whole trip going through american express. com - I guess it will vary where your flying from - I come from NJ and I had guests from Fla and Vegas and it was about the same.

So i'm going though Travel books like crazy trying to find the right resort. I just came accross the Paradisus in Punta Cana... this resort looks truly luxurious!?! It looks down right beautiful.

I have a couple of questions if you don't mind :)

Did you find the resrot too big or was it easy to get around?

Is there a wedding gazabo? I'd like a somewhat private area.

do you know if you can have your wedding reception outside on beach or on a terrace?

I can't wait to see your pics!! :) Congrats.

How did I miss this review for a year now, LOL. Great review and great job with the details.

Viviana must have just left between my and your weddings! Miguelina watched over our ceremony and reception and was great as well. I think she is even still there now, which should be reassuring for new brides!

PPC was absolutely unbelieveable! Can't wait to go back again!

SHYBEAR - There are numerous reviews of PPC on here, as well as pics. Just search through the DR thread ... you can also read my review and see pics by clicking the links below in my siggy.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
