Small Wedding in Napa...any ideas?

Recommended Posts

I can't help you with Napa Valley, but I can tell you about a wedding in Carmel by the Sea. My SIL got married there 3 years ago and it was beautiful! I loved the town because it was so quaint and cozy. She had her wedding at the church in town called Church of the Wayfarer (Churches, wedding services, Wedding guides in Carmel CA and Monterey California) and then she had her reception at the winery called Chateau Julien ( Chateau Julien Wine Estate - Carmel Valley, California). Her wedding was gorgeous and so much fun. She got great pics on the winery grounds.

Good luck with your search and congrats!

HI droland03,

We have worked at Hans Fahden and they have a BEAUTIFUL vineyard with lots of vines, barrels and a CAVE!!!! They have the cave set up so that it will fit a long table and a very intimate reception. Here is the website. Not the best pics, but if you can visit and check it out I am sure you will be impressed.

sooner born, V Sattui is absolutely one of my fav places. I have to warn you that while I am sure any wedding there would be amazing, its an incredibly busy place because its one of the last places to have free tasting and it has such a huge store and deli. A lot of people picnic there over the summer.

However, I LOVE V Sattui and everytime we visit we head over there (my grandma lives in Napa and we go often)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
