Is anyone else doing the Fat Flush Plan diet?

I just bought the book this weekend and started the diet plan today. :)

My wedding is next year only I am going down to Mexico in September for site visits so I want to lose a little bit before then.

Let me know if anyone else is doing this!

I would love to hear if it is working (worked) for you and how you did with it.

I vaguely recall someone else talking about this diet awhile back. Can you tell me how its done? I love diets and trying all different kinds. LOL.

I've done it before G you prob remember me talking about it last year at some point.

it is really amazing IF you can stick to it - for me, it is a very difficult diet b/c you really can NOT eat 1 thing outside of your house - it makes being social very difficult and business lunches practically impossible.

i do this diet for a week or so here and there just to cleanse and i still do the psyllium, flax and cranberry almost everyday!

        good luck :)

Ahh yes it was you who did it! Hahaha. I kept thinking its either Alyssa or Maura. I know you both had that clean living thing too. I couldn't remember who did what. Fat flush, clean living, alli, sacred heart, colonix...what the heck don't we do around here? LOL.

I did it for a month and felt great, but like Alyssa mentioned, it became too difficult to maintain on a daily basis...I still take flax oil everyday and every now and again will drink the cran water...good luck and let us know how it works out for you.

                Thank you ladies!

I am done with day one and I am already tired of the cran water only I am forcing myself to stick to it....

It is going to be hard.

Thank you for the information and I am happy to know other people did it to.

I love this forum....I just found it and it is so nice to get ready for the wedding with you guys! :)

I did it about 3 years ago and I loved how I felt, I also lost weight. But like Alyssa said, it's very hard to follow if you have a busy social life.

Day two was easier than day one....even though my FI keeps taunting me with chocolate sundaes (mean) haha. I am totally bored with the food and I need some salt/fat! :) I am committed though....

the first two weeks were the hardest part for me and although I felt great, the retrictions made it feel like diet boot camp! Congrats for sticking with it!
