I bought my 2nd wedding dress from ebay . It was custom made by the seller, but i did not like the quality of it. It was supposed to be a copy of a lace dress, but the lace they used was not good quality. So I returned it for a full refund with no problems.
I have bought a ton of stuff off of ebay and sold my 3rd wedding dress on ebay with no problems.

Dang, I ordered my dress from Gianinarbridal back at the beginning of February, and they still haven't sent me even a picture of the finished result. When I emailed them last week, they said another 20-25 days. I guess that's what I get for going on the cheap. I hope it's worth it.
In the meantime, I'm frantically searching for a dress for the nighttime reception. Yikes.

WOW, that dress is going to look awesome on you!!
I've added their store to my ebay stores, so I'll keep an eye on them for when it comes time for my dress purchase!

Kay, I agree with you about fabrics. I woudl definately have my reservations about dresses in high end lace and silk.

I had bid on a dress from them, but then found a dress I really liked from a bridal salon, and it was inexpensive as well, so I didn't get the other one.
Jenetta your dress is beautiful and the I'm sure the price makes you love it even more!
Laura, you'll have to let us know how yours comes out!

Jenetta, did you try the dress on elsewhere before you purchased it on ebay?

They still haven't finished my dress that I bought from eBay, and it's been since the beginning of February. I'm bummed.
But hopefully it'll be worth the wait and I won't be back at square one with three months til I get married and no dress!

I have a question, is it cheaper having the dress made in China than having it made by a local seamstress?
BTW, the dress is gorgeous! I can imagine you walking along the beach looking like a floating goddess.
