Valentin Imperial Maya Brides?

Recommended Posts

I have 24 ( enough for 8 tables). The orchids are fake. I got them at AC Moore.  I haven't bought all of them yet but I plan on buying them in 3 different colors...the ones shown, a darker purple and a lighter purple.  I will also be leaving the overlays, rocks and shells as well if you are interested in them. When I post my planning thread (maybe another month from now), I will take a better picture.

Hello all VIM brides! I have been researching this blog for the past couple of days, and I have found it very helpful. I decided to comment in order to get some advice. My wedding date is slowly approaching, and I feel like a total slacker. I didn't realize how much was involved in planning a destination wedding! Currently I am trying to book a photographer. Any suggestions or recommendations? And prices too, if possible. Thanks!

PM me your name and wedding date and I'll email Ana about it. I don't think it should be a problem

Hi Jamie!!  I don't have a problem with you using them as long as the resort still has them!!  I would contact Veronica about this. My date is 10/21/11 and my WC is Ana.

Thanks Nikki!!  I will e-mail her and see what she says.  Hopefully they can hang on to them.  It would save me having to bring even more things down!!  Plus I am running out of $$$$$!!!  I'll let you know what I find out!!

Nicole-

Since we're getting married the same weekend...what color are your overlays? I'm wondering if we could share some decor?

Also, did Ana or Veronica say anything to you about the open bar costs? I wasn't aware that there would be any additional cost for alcohol.

Less than 90 days!! Ahhh!

I do plan on leaving all my stuff down there after so if anyone wants to use anything I'll let them know when I'm there!

Hi Everyone,

I've been reading this thread and can't believe there are so many additional costs!  I was definitely unaware of the additional open bar cost for the cocktail hour! This was never mentioned when we were talking about the packages! Oh well! : )

I'm starting to figure out my color scheme and am so overwhelmed!!  Ana has sent me some catalogs but I don't even know where to begin! Any tips??

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
