Valentin Imperial Maya Brides?

Recommended Posts

JBean,

They take their chapel pretty seriously, so only Catholic ceremonies are allowed to take place there.  It's not listed on the package b/c there's an extra fee to use it that covers the priest.  I believe it's $600.

Happy planning!

Ahollo- Girl you are on the ball!

Love the invites! I really want something cute and beachy but FI likes the plain stuff...

Ladies- I've discovered I cannot make a decision to save my life!

Right now here is what I'm trying to decide:

-bouquet- white calla lillies or tropical

-TTD or not

-cake flavor & design

-chuppa or not

-table centerpieces

You'd think I'd love all this but really I feel like I am on a game show and have to make the RIGHT decision or it's all gonna be crappy!

I need an intervention. FI is like "just choose something" but I want it all to be perfect!

Here is my invite: http://www.weddingpaperdivas.com/product/5474/signature_ecru_wedding_invitations_artistic_waves.html#color/01

I felt like this site (wedding paper divas) had the best designs. Beachy but not kitsche. My wedding is in 39 days and I still haven't decided on bouquets (because I don't like any of them in the catalogs and they say those are the only flower types they can do) nor have I planned the actual ceremony. Hopefully, it will all come together. Maybe Araidna has magical powers.

A little late to the party, but I'm getting married at the VIM in 8 days.

FREAKING OUT.  I'm excited but my gosh there has been so much planning done in the last few months.  Shoot your questions here ladies.  I've been working w/ Ana & we pretty much have everything ironed out......I think : )

Hi by the way!  I'm Jill

Alliecattn, I am working with Ana and I also didn't really like any of the bouquet options she sent but she told me that they could do pretty much anything that we wanted.  Send her a photo of a bouquet that you like for inspiration and she what they can do.

JRCATON, welcome to the thread and I don't blame you for freaking out, it is so close for you now.  I'm sure everything will work out wonderful.  Go have an amazing trip and beautiful wedding and keep the rest of us posted when you get home about how amazing it all was  :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
