I understand Sarah, it wasn't solicitation at all, it was just some info and an offer to order her a book from a pro vendor with no markup if she couldn't find anything.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I did want to post what I found for anyone else looking:

Neuvision Books

They aren't super cheap, but it looks like they have thick (maybe not flush mount quality) pages.

Must submit print for book binding. Your prints must be the same size of the album ordered, ie. 10x10 10 page book needs 20 10x10 prints. Send your prints along with a copy of your recepit via mail. After your order is placed, an email is automatically sent with mailing instructions.

Mogan, I thought i saw somewhere on Mpix that you can make your books and use the metallic paper?? Maybe I was looking at something else there. It was at the bottom of the page of products. Let me know if this is one of those types of books. (sorry for sounding dumb)

thanks! i don't know how I missed that. I was looking for that option. They are very good prices too. $30 for a 10x10 20 page book & 50 cents for each extra page.

They are not the thick page, flush mount books but that is OK with me. I'm more concerned with getting quality prints of my pages.

now I'm worried about the pages being easily smudged. I'm going to look into that.

No worries, Sarah. I responded by PM, but figured I should put it in the post so everyone knows that Josh didn't solicit me. He sent me a link (I think it's the same one that he posted in his second post) and offered to order the book for me if the website required a photog license.

Thanks for keeping the integrity of the forum strong, Sarah!

And Josh, thanks for the offer! I never got a chance to check out the website last night, but I hope to over the weekend.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
