The worst time of day is the night time in front of the television. Which reminds me, I need to go watch Grey's. Thanks ladies for all of the advice. I will definitely be trying the frozen grapes, those sound yummy.

Makes me think I'm eating something sweet ~ like ice cream. They're sweet, icy and really cold ~ yummy!

Tammy, frozen grapes are really good. I think for me its just the cold factor, this sounds stupid, but how cold things make my throat feel, I know thats bizarre, but I think thats one of the reasons I love ice cream!

Anyway, I thought of something this morning. I love the fruit & yogurt parfaits at mcdonalds & starbucks. But a lot of times I make them myself, I buy fat free columbo vanilla yogurt in the big container and then I buy frozen strawberries, raspberries, & blueberries. I will usually put these together in a container and then by the time I get to work, they have partially defrosted and I'll eat it for breakfast, and its really cold, I love it, its so good! and it really fills me up.

My favorite substitute for ice cream is Haagen Dasz Mango Sorbet. Made with real mango and fat free. Way better for you and it tastes so so good. Reminds me of being in Puerto Rico and getting mango right off the tree.
