    Just to clarify, I believe Aurora told me they use the same chairs for the ceremony as they do the reception.  I'm just asking if this is how it was done because I only bought enough chair sashes for the number I need not double.

      do they supply tulle to hang from the ceremony arch if you don't bring it? i couldn't download you pic, can you email it to me? wmconaughey@hotmail.com

      how much tulle did you bring for the arch?

         Do they really charge $18 per table for overlays and $4 for napkins?  Or is this just for colored overlays and napkins?  I was under the assumption that white table linen and napkins were included in the wedding package.  On their wedding guide it states that it costs $18 per linen/table again is this for colored overlay????

          DanniS - Yes, the white linen and napkins is standard and included in the wedding package.  The additional charge is only applicable for colored or special overlay/napkins.

            I just purchased organza for the canopy.  I'm hoping I ordered enough,  I ordered 5 yards of each fabric based on the measurements from Aurora.  Do you think this will be enough?  If you took down fabric how many yards did you get?

                Hey ladies do you know what type of throw flowers (for the aisle & flower girl) Dreams allows to be used?  Silk or freeze/dried?

                  definately not silk flowers due to environmental concerns, i was told by my wedding planner that we were ony allowed real flowers.

                    If you wanted to line the walkway with silk flower arrangements similar to what the resort does with the palm leaf arrangements that would probably be okay because those could be planted in the sand so that they don't blow away, but I think wendvipo is correct in that the flower girl cannot throw silk petals.  As far as freeze dried petals go, you may have a problem getting those through customs...

                      Question for everyone.............

                       

                      So I was reading the new Dreams 2011 wedding guide and it states that receptions at either pool location is 50 ppl max.  The only options they have for weddings with over 50 ppl is the beach, Seaside Grill (must pay the $750 if you want it to be private) or the ballroom (um no thanks I do not want to be inside unless it is raining!!).  We are expecting 50+ guests to come and I have been wanting to have the reception at the Dolphin pool.  Now my question is does this rule not matter if I booked in 2010 or am I having to go by the 2011 rules/prices?
