I guess I haven't been on here in a while.

Why is Dreams Tulum closed? My girlfriend was just there over a week ago and it was fine.

I guess I'll just go with the rest of you and hope everything's okay before next june!

I've been reading all the threads about the problems at Dreams Tulum and started panicking. My wedding isn't until April but who knows how long government closures might last right? Anyway, I called my TA and she confirmed via SunWing, that Dreams Tulum has reopened as of yesterday!!!! I hope this info helps ease a lot of your worries.

Teesha I'm not sure where your TA heard that but they are not open as of today. I just got off the phone with a rep in the US and she said that they are still moving people to other resorts.

I haven't sent any emails to either of them (I sent one JUST before the closure, asking what time could I have my bonfire until), but I think they have much bigger fish to fry than answering my silly bonfire question!

I have not e-mailed them either because I'm sure they are bombarded and all they will tell me is that they don't know so I don't want to hear that. If anyone talks to them please post it. I get on a plane in 3 weeks and I'm praying I'll know what hotel I'm going to by then!
