Thanks for getting back to me. I'm also glad you think it is a good idea, because I ordered the holders already last night (I couldn't wait!!) and then my FI thought it was kind of a dumb idea. He doesn't think people would use them :) I know that when we get there he will love them though, it's just the way things work!

Hey Jerzygirl! Welcome back! Glad to hear you had a GREAT TIME!!

I am leaving on Saturday night... so tomorrow (friday) I am getting all of my waxing/eyebrows etc. etc. girlie stuff done. I am so nervous. Not nervous about being married to my fiance (we technically are already married last Saturday, legally) but just nervous, worried, hoping everything turns out okay for the wedding day in Tulum, and my guests have a good time. I hope to dear gosh I'm not forgetting anything.... yikes.

I think the card holders are an awesome idea! I was going to put this in my OOT bags, but we opted out of the OOT bags all together.... great idea though.

Aurora usually gets back to me within the next day or two- definitely within the week. I'm sure she is just busy planning my wedding next week...eeee just kidding! I'm sure it's nothing to be worried about... don't fret!

Hopefully you've already heard something by now but I thought that I'd mention that after waiting a couple of weeks to hear something from Aurora I got fed up and decided to start emailing any of the WCs we have email addresses for. I got a response back within 24 hours from both Anabel and Aurora. These are the 2 email addresses I used/got responses back from:
Anabel Sanchez: weddings1.dretu@dreamsresorts.com
Aurora Garcia: infoweddings.dretu@dreamsresorts.com
Also, make sure you include your confirmation number as Aurora said this was very important for her to know in order to be able to find your information.
Hope this helps.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
