When Cain's aunt got married a month before us, her mother died of cancer and she was really depressed and sad that she wasn't going to be at her wedding. So I purchased a locket from "things to remember" and put a picture of her mom in it, then I purchased a garter and sewed the locket on the garter for her. She loved it..

I wanted to get two of these to attach to FI's bout, but I don't know if they will be too big. His 17 year old brother died in a car accident several years ago and one of his best friends died in a white water rafting accident a couple years ago, so I'd like to have both of them on there for him to have with him on our wedding day. I think I'll just order two and figure out how it will work when they get here.

I have a couple smaller ones I sewed on my sister's garter before her wedding, they came all together with like 20 of them. I can send a couple to you if you'd like...

Are you serious? Thats so nice of you! I would love that, because I'm afraid two of these on a bout might be too big and too heavy.

Just let me know how much you want for them and I will send the money, you can pm me if you want.

thank you!

  • 9 months later...

I ordered mine from Jean M and Im not fully satisfied with it. I noticed that someone commented that they thought it would be to big or heavy... NO WAY. Its rather light... okay... extremely light and is super tiny. Its not like a normal locket. You have to print out a tiny picture and GLUE it to the middle. For about 15 bucks you could pocket it and go and buy a nice locket. Jean M's memory frame is a total rip off. When you really want to do something to honor a passed loved one and then get ripped off by doing so is NOT a good feeling.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
