Whooohooo! Good luck! How exciting :)

That's exactly how we got our house...it LITERALLY fell on our laps. Like the only time it had been mentioned was that it was something we wanted to do in the next 5-7 years....and that was 3 years ago :)

I've got my fingers corssed for you!

I just talked to the realtor! We go see it at 5:30 TODAY!!!!

One of our GM (the one thta isn't huge if you've seen the pics) is a mortgage broker and he is doing the pre-approval stuff right now!

I'm excited but I also kind of want to throw up! LOL

So I only have the pictures from the website. My camera wasn't charged. THe interior is nice, new paint and carpet, etc. But it's all pretty much beige. LOL There are some things I would like to change, just for personal preference, but nothing that would keep us from moving in.

I love older homes and this one has a lot of character - 10' ceilings, crown molding, intricate door frames and extra wide doors, built in book cases surrounding the fireplace...

Here is the exterior:

And the view from the front:

It sits on a court, where there are only 8 houses and no traffic in the front. All garages, etc are down alleys on both sides. I really wanted a place where the dog and future kids can play without me freaking out! This one is the corner lot so it has the most land.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
