I'm pretty sure in NY they won't tell you. They will tell you to make an appointment to come in, blah, blah, blah. I am really dreading going dress shopping!!! Thank goodness I have a long way to go. One of my BM's is getting married this June and she went to Bergdorf Goodman's to try a Bagdley Mischka gown. She took her sister and when she tried a gown on she said to her sister "I feel like I look fat no?" Mind you my friend is a size 2 and looks amazing in everything. The woman had the audacity to say to her "Well, Bagdley Mishka doesn't do fat, so you should either consider going on a diet or shopping at David's Bridals where they sell plus size gowns." Can you believe that? I almost died. New Yorkers are crazy!!! I may go buy my gown in another state where they are friendly and nice. LOL.

Also, Angie sent me a link to a store that makes replica gown and sells them on ebay. I don't know if their good or not but I may just have something made for a wedding I have to go to and see how they do. They have great prices so it might be worth it.

Glenda you don't have to e-mail only NY stores.. I emailed stores in TX, NY, CA, FL... etc etc.. and some of them answered really quickly.. tell them you're from outside the state and you're considering buying it from them if you get a good price etc etc..

Btw Anny do you want to move to Cabo with me and we can open up our own wedding business? We will rent most of the stuff so we will save brides money and headaches instead of having to lug stuff around. Plus we both speak spanish and english. Do you think our FI's would go for it? LOL.
