Did you think about getting a hotel for the night in town?

 

You might be able to get a good rate during the week somewhere and it would be a change of scenery. You could also try a last minute thing on-line.

 

Even if the room was $200 it would be way less than a pro shoot.

I think that's a great idea! Lots of pro BD photogs do this. Try Hotwire.com

Sounds like you two are going to have a blast! I think the idea of doing it for a 1 Yr Anniversary present is a great idea. I talk about BD pics a lot so I wonder if FI is sort of expecting them for the wedding day... may have to put it off a year to surprise him

I have tried sooooo hard to not say anything to my fiance about BD photos because I don't want him to expect it at all. It's so hard not to tell him though. I had a Lingerie shower this past weekend and got a ton of awesome stuff to wear for my shoot. I am so excited, and nervous. I'm doing them at a friends condo on the lake, so the shots will be awesome because she has gorgeous views and her house is beautifully decorated. It's on the third floor, so nobody can see in her windows unless they are really trying to look in.

She calls them "Eye Candy" so click there. It might give you some ideas and angles to think about. About the 5th picture in is a girl laying down, wrapped in her veil (the shot is from above her head). Hope that helps!

I think that's a great idea! When I got mine, I just had a few different lingerie things and my veil and wedding dress.

 

But I really like the idea of the sports thing. Boy shorts and a sports jersey, guys would love that!

FSIL got a "visitor" the day we were supposed to do them...then she went to Aruba for a week...I think we're going attempt to do them next week

Weight loss goal schmate loss goal. Love who you are now for what you are now I'm not saying to toss the weight loss goal out the window, but don't let your size hold you back.

I'm a very +++ size girl and I have been most of my life. I've finally gotten to the point where "if you don't like how I look, don't look at me"

I've contacted a photog about doing a BD session. My logic.....he knows what I look like and he loves me. Plus a professional can help with poses and angles. I've decided to do it for him for our 1 year anniversary, since 1 is paper
