    Morning ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Well I went to the gym and did 10 mins on the treadmill and 30 mins on the elliptical. That was all I could muster up though. I have been having a real hard time getting up early since my internship is taking it's toll so I'm glad that I have support here. Here's my plan for now...

    Breakfast: 1/2 cantaloupe and 1/2 cup n/f cottage cheese and some melba toast crackers. In WW land that's 5.5 points

    Lunch: salad with a little tuna ( trying to keep it low- meeting a friend for dinner)
    Snacks : apple/carrots

    *since I had wine last night, I will have to excercise some discipline and not drink tonight so that I can eat!

    We can do this!

      Wholly Toledo Batman... I am sore today from lastnight at the gym. I've been to the gym 2 times now ... and yesterday I was amped 30 min on the eliptical 20 min on the bike, and then another 10 on the tredmill as my cool down since my legs were still movin like crazy from the Elip... I CAN'T WALK DOWN THE STAIRS!!! HAHAHA I guess when they say "no pain no gain".. I better have worked my tooshie out hardcore with it!

        Oh I know this feeling all too well!

        Well last night I went to the gym and was informed my trainer double booked...but that's okay...I did cardio instead but I feel weak compared to you gals...I only did 30 min on the treadmill and I only walk fast at a high incline....but I'm down a pound this morning....so I fell okay.

        Today I get to take a limo to lake tahoe for a promotion payoff and have lunch and then head back...so with the alcohol in the limo and whatever they serve for lunch....I have some hard choices to make today! :0

          The elliptical is killer! I am so out of shape its crazy. Just doing 10 minutes on that thing kills me... I need to step it up!

            I've never set the rules for this contest, I just follow the ones you ladies have defined. So I have a question!

            What do you want to do about people who didn't get me their weigh ins yesterday? There are 4 people ...

            Aimless911 (Amy)
            ethrondson (Erica)
            pyxystyx (Sabrina)
            tchuchuca (Tati)

            This hasn't happened before in the BDW Biggest Loser, so not sure what you all want me to do! Some options ...

            1) just let them turn in their weights when then want to
            2) they are disqualified, no refund (they knew the rules!)
            3) they are disqualified, w/a refund
            4) anything else?

            Let me know what you want me to do! We can start a seperate thread for a poll if you'd like.

              I think if they don't turn in their weights by tonight then they are disqualified with no refund. Unless of course they have a valid excuse.

              I honestly don't think it is fair to give someone a refund if they agreed to participate.

                I think you should give them til today, but i would give a refund if it's not a huge hassle for you Ann. If it's a PITA i would forget about a refund.

                Come on ladies - send in your numbers!!!

                On a seperate note I just had some whole grain cripix and berried for b'fast. I am have a tastey watermelon her for a snack later :)

                  With the AHR coming up, heavy cleaning is going to have to be my cardio.

                  I also usually have to drink heavily when around DH's family so we'll see how I hold up! LOL

                  Tonight when I get home I have to try my dress on again. I hadn't gained as much as I thought I would have, only about 5 pounds.

                  I did great for breakfast and lunch yesterday. I had salmon, broccoli and a little rice for dinner. I did crack and ate some onion rings as an appetizer. Ooops!

                    I agree with Yari. I'd give them til the end of today to get their numbers in. Maybe PM them one more time. I also say no refund, unless they have a really good excuse. Everyone was pretty well informed of what was expected...

                      I agree with Yari, if they don't get them in soon they're disqualified. Rules are rules....

                      Breakfast -Rice Krispies w/banana and skim milk
                      Lunch - Salad w/tuna or feta
                      Snack - Nectarine
                      Dinner - I think grilled chicken, salad

                      I went to the Y this morning and swam for 15 minutes. I forgot how hard it was!
