    Should I be offended? LOL

I was like wow do I look that out of shape?

He just said, well if you work out with someone than you are pushed more. I said, well I cant really afford a trainer right now, and I actually have a walking partner. We are in training right now. She just is out of town this week.

He gave me his number in case Im still interested.

    lol
Well, it's better than the girl at the nail salon asking when your baby is due!

Ooh, my niece has one of those. Maybe I'll have to steal it! I went for a run today, well a walk/run. The exercising has been going ok. I have done something 3 times since Wednesday, but my eating habits leave something to be desired. lol

Well, I went to the gym yesterday and renewed my membership and started with the Strength training class and pretty much can't walk or do much with my arms either today. Hopefully it's not worse tomorrow. Obviously I needed this but..WOW!! I feel like an old lady. I also tried to start the low carb diet this weekend but then decided I like carbs too much :)

I did a hydro-fit aqua class at my gym yesterday ( a little more intense than a standard water-aerobics class) - it was awesome - an hour workout, and you don't get all sweaty (cuz you are in the pool) and you get to enjoy the sunshine and outdoors. I think that is where I will be found at 8:30am every Saturday from now until the wedding day :) Good luck to everyone on Wednesday...I just hope the numbers go down...never matters to me how much, just so long as they go down - ha ha.

Tomorrow is a new day! So, sleep off the wine lol and start fresh! I had ice cream... after all, I did read a post about it being National Ice Cream Day or something to that effect. I took full advantage.

haha i hear ya on that! last year i had the cashier at the golden corral (it's a cheap BUFFET place) say "are you expecting?"

i actually said "expecting what?" haha! when i realized what she meant i said "OH! no! definitely not!" and laughed, but then she actually started pressing more saying, "oh yes you are ... i can tell ... you have a look about you ... you ARE expecting ... i just KNOW it! i would check if i were you because you really look it!"

i was mortified ... it was funny at first but when she went on and on about it ... i mean how do you THEN go thru the buffet line and stuff your fat ass like you'd planned? haha b*tch ruined my meal!

Well of course you have to have an ice ceam on National Ice Cream Day. It's unpatriotic not to! LOL

I love Sparkpeople. That is how I was able to lose the first 17lbs back in Jan/Feb. I slacked off and haven't been on for awhile, but I am totally going back. We could become buddies on there too. My username on there is the same as here. ethrondson.
