Myself on the other hand... I decided not to start my diet and excersize until Monday. Thursday I had a golf tournament and drank like a fish and ate like a pig. Tomorrow I have beer games... this might sound silly, but every year my FI, his buddies and all the wives and girlfriends get together and play games all day (like bocca, texas horseshoes and cricket). We eat til our bellies hurt and drink until we can't stand up and at the end of the day someone is awarded the Beer games cup. It's a lot of fun and only happens once a year.
So Monday morning I'm back on track with my diet and excersise. My workout buddie just renovated her workout room and it looks fantastic, very zen like, a place we will enjoy spending a lot of time. I'll be up at 6:30am to go for a 45min run every weekday morning, stop in at my workout buddies place every weekday afternoon for 45mins of strenth training and work really hard at keeping on track with a modified South Beach diet. I'm actually excited and looking forward to working out again.

I did really well with my eating too. All low fat foods and tons of veggies.

No exercise today....running around here and there. Hopefully tomorrow I can squeeze some in.

Cookies, Popcorn, hot dogs, and pretzels with cheese. Breakfast was coffee and donuts.
How in the world do you get around that?!
It was a baseball theme so I guess they were going with the theme.
Oh well, tomorrow is a new day.
