Well I didn't go running this morning, but I figured that I would give myself Sundays off. Besides when I got home, DH was sleepy and didn't wanna go...he used the excuse "Let's go every other day..." I agreed and just went to bed. But I am eating better and drinking more water. I am physically starting to feel better and it's on;y been 2 days. I don't think nothing has changed on the scale, but I'm sure it will.

My goal is to go running when I get off in the morning since I don't have to work...and if I am really feeling froggy, go running later in the day too...

Thanks for the support girls. I really appreciate it because you all are really helping ,e feel confident that I can change...

Alex, its so great your dh wants to go with you. I wish I could drag mine along. Maybe then I'd stay at the gym longer than 8 MINUTES! smile120.gif

Hopefully everyone had a better weekend then me. FI plays softball and Friday was the last home game. Of course had to go to the bar after that to celebrate. Then last night went to the Toby Keith concert. Very sleepy this morning. Not sure how Wednesday will turn out. Hopefully not too bad.

I can not say I had a healthy weekend. We went to the yankee game on sat so that included beers, beers more beer and hot dog. Then we went to little italy for dinner, yum but not good for my waist line. Then on Sunday I went to the beach with the girls and we had a couple cocktails. Oh well back on track today, even though I have a dress fitting tomorrow oh well I have been good for weeks.

Well I had a good week last week, but I am sure that I probably gained. I haven't got to much exercise in since I went to a friends and yesterday I only ate breakfast. By the time I got home I had to get ready for work, so I took food for supper. Too bad I was busy with maternity patients and I wasn't able to get ANY breaks. We ended up with one baby by the time I left lastnight, and the funny thing is that I wasn't working on the floor, I was supposed to be in the ER. Thank goodness it wasn't busy! 7 patients all night, and only 3 the Dr had to see. I think I will go for a walk later with the kids, and I better haul my water bottle out again. Never had a chance to drink my water lastnight either!

I drink one of sugar free chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast every weekday, i love them. they are so easy. But i only buy the mix packets and mix with skim milk, i've heard the canned premade kind isn't as good.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
