I sent them a PM this morning. I know one gal told me she'd have it to me today I think, that she forgot the camera at home or something (I forget), but it was an honest mistake.

I just want to be fair to all of you that are playing by the rules!

I thought we instituted a new rule that if we had an issue, we still had to contact you on Wednesday to let you know one way or another?

Would that be too much for your inbox to handle? You've been so generous with your time and engery doing this for us, especially with Gwen being here now, that I think we should do whatever works best for you!

You shouldn't ahve to track 30 people down!

That is a huge pot of money. If that isnt motivation Im a lost cause! lol

I did fairly well yesterday. I was starving when I got home so indulged more in a snack than I should have. But kept my dinner size at a good portion.

Today my lunch sucked, but I still have half a day left. And with the temps outside, my walk tonight defintely will have me sweating off some calories! lol

I honestly don't think it is fair to give someone a refund if they agreed to participate.

I agree with Yari. Giving them till tonight is more than fair. especially since we were just talking about the new rule that everyone needed to put their weight in by weds unless they had a valid reason. but it's the first weigh-in, so i think it's fair to give them the one extra day.

I hate to say it, but it's only day 2 and I already feel kinda defeated... sad.gif
Oh don't feel down, it's just the first week. Last season i had a couple of bad weeks but it just made me work harder the following week. If you have a bad couple of days, just forget about it and start over. There's no point on harping on it and making yourself feel guilty, just use it as motivation to do better.

I forget about initial registration was i think like $20 at ww but if it's still the same weekly cost was $12. It was really helpful when i was in it. Especially the meetings. they were great motivation.

I finally told me FI about this contest and that the prize was $495. And I said that I could buy alot of really cute clothes for our wedding trip with $495. He responded with the fact that it would be smarter to use any extra income to pay off things we owe money on (which is everything). I told him he was right and that if I did win I'd use the money to pay off something. And he didn't miss a beat...his response was "Paying off the credit card that you use to buy really cute clothes for our wedding trip doesn't count"

Dang, he's good!

It technically would be paying off something though smile120.gif

I went to the gym after I sent my weight in last night (up 20 lbs in 6 mo.) and I might have over done it because i could hardly get my self out of bed this morning. Physically!!!! I did so many situps that my stomach muscles were soo sore I had to roll myself out of bed.

No rest for the wicked though, I'm heading back tonight!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
