I'm doing turquiose as well. I'm only have my sisters and I let them pick out what they wanted. This is the dress they decided on... sorry I don't know how to put photos on here. One sister is going to lose the straps and one is probably going to keep them. I really wanted knee length, but my one sister had type 1 diabetes and has brusing on her leg from the disease and doesn't want to be embarrased.

dana- I really like that dress! I totally understand about being aware of BMs bodies. My MOH has a really deep scar right in between her breasts from surgery she had as a child so she can only really wear something that is straight across, like your dress.

I just started posting pics. It is really simple. Just go to photobucket.com and upload the pictures you want to post to the site. Then just copy/paste the full image code into the message box here and done!

on your photobucket account there will be a box that has all these different codes. There is one called "image code" i think it is the second line from the bottom. You just copy/paste that whole code in this message box and they post your reply and the picture should show up AFTER you post. There is a thread on the forum where you can test it out! It may also have some better instructions than the ones I just gave you...

Hi Ladies! So everything went well yesterday...I hope anyway! It was really fun and now I'm just nervous to see how the pics came out! Hopefully she will send me a few soon and I can post them.

Janne- I'm definitely doing my bachelorette party there...like you, I have friends in different areas, so it just makes it a lot easier. It will also be nice to go out somewhere different than the usual places in my area, which will make it even more fun!

SammysGirl- I LOVE your mom's dress! It's so pretty!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
