Ok guys, these save the dates have been more hassle than they should have been. HOWEVER, since they were the mans idea, I am running with them at full speed. Still have no pics! Blah. On top of that, we are moving... I hate moving more than anything!! Of course, who doesn't?!

 

Katie and Dez--- LOVE THE NEW PICS!! Anxiously awaiting Dezs review and pics too! I know I'm NOT alone!

 

Happy Bride- I did get a quote from Wendy, we are staying 12 nights, and she quoted 2460 per person. I checked the Riu website, and it was less than theirs... but she also said that they do 'Price Match', where if we find a better deal, and it's the same package, they will match it. Has anyone ever dealt with anything like that?? It sounds great, but anything that sounds too good to be true is always scary...

 

Samira- what were Wendys quotes like for you? Would you mind passing along the other TA's info? Would you still consider going with her because of the 'price match'?

 

WOW Shellk- you have been so busy! I love it!! I have been wondering about the shoes too... My FI is set on the beach, even though I'm jealous of all of you girls in the beautiful gazebo! Oh well, it's all the same. Except that I may not be able to wear some fabulous stilettos sad.gif I'm sure I can do ok in some equally fab wedges... wobbly...

 

I have been trying not to do what Katie did (and please do post a pic!)-- buy shoes and return--- I know myself and it would be a super vicious cycle. No shoe shopping for me until early next year when spring stuff comes out again wink.gif

 

EDoherty- CONGRATS on the job and Condo!! What great news! Please post pics of that dress of yours!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
