RIU RM Palace Brides??

A trial! How did I forget? I think going to your local person and taking a bunch of pics is probably the best way to go. I think I've read some stuff about difficulty communicating with the hair people. Not from RPRM specifically, but in most reviews I've read from all the resorts.

I think I'm going to go to a salon around here first...maybe even a couple of times...to have them try different styles and take pictures. Then, I'm still deciding, I might do a trial with the style I like actually at RPRM.

 

How many BM's does everyone have? And are you all planning to pay for their hair and makeup, etc.? I think I went a little over the top by having 9 BM's!!!...So I don't know if it will be possible for me to pay for all of their pre-wedding spa/salon visits, even though I wish I could.

I have not even thought about my hair. I am just going to get it done at the Renova Spa there. I will probably get a ouple trials done here and bring pictures with me to RPRM of what I want. Also, I have no idea how far ahead of the ceremony to do it because at this point I am still trying to get my ceremony time changed. We have it at 1pm right now but I want it later...I have emailed them a couple times and they say they have no later times but I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will change.

 

I have 4 BM's and I am unsure of what I am going to do, whether to get a gift or pay for their hair??

9 BM's thats insane! I definitely would not be able to afford spa days for all of them either I have 5 BM's and am worried about the cost as well....I think it will be a last minute decision after I determine how much over budget I already am

I know, I kind of went a little crazy with so many BM's, lol! I just didn't want to leave anyone out! I'm already trying to decide on what their gift is going to be, which I'm leaning toward doing big OOT bags for them. Maybe a beach bag filled with a ton of stuff (beach towel, suntan lotion, etc.) I bought all of them flipflops to wear with their dress, so I'm going to put that in the bags too.

Pretty sure it's the same price for your girls, but the bride & groom have a 10% discount, well for the Royal Package that is. I've thought about paying for all my girls to get their hair done, but I'd really like to give them something they can use, or something really special. It does kinda suck they only do two at a time though, it'd be kinda nice to have my entire bridal party all go together. :/

 

that's a really good idea about going to a salon in town. I'm most likely going to wear my hair down though, hopefully it won't be too much of a windy day!!!

 

lol Wow 9 bridesmaids!! I actually have 4.. My fiance actually has 7 altogether, I was thinking about possibly putting my brother in my wedding party, but I"m not sure if I should put him in the same attire as the groomsmen, or not..He wants to get all the guys some kinda hawaiian shirt. and something else. LOL.
