The interview SEEMED to go very well. It felt more like a conversation. I am 100% qualified and I think I made a good impression, my only concern is what the other candidates experience is like. Its going to be a bit of a drawn out process though since they still have 2 people that they need to interivew and if i make it to the next step I will have to do personality profile testing, then an additional interview, etc. I was hoping for a much faster process of course lol! I will keep you girls posted, but keep your fingers crossed for me! I really want this one!

Thanks! So excited for you that your day is so close!!!

I believe the only way to have the DJ with a semi-private reception is to rent out the disco tech (the disco tech in Jamaica at the Riu I stayed at was kinda of run-down, cheesy, and musty). I am thinking I will only have around 35, so I am trying to figure out alternatives. People are going to be booking in the next month or so, so once I get a better count I might begin bugging Ael about this.

This is the first time I have used this site - and i am hoping it will help relieve the stress in the build up to our Wedding next April at RPRM.

I sent an e-mail to Ael, asking for details on flowers, photographers, locations etc. The only reply i got was to contact her 2 months before the wedding date.

I know we are getting married on April 14th 2011 at 17.00.

Does anyone have a list of flowers etc? and an idea of costs? We only have very basic information from our TA and would like to start planning things.

We have 24 guests travelling over from the UK - so didnt know if the party size was big enough to have a private reception. I dont want us to be in a large room and only fill a corner.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
