Welcome to the site. I am east of you in Ottawa and am actually getting married early 2009 so don't worry about getting info too early. Ho wcan you be too prepared? That is my thinking. Anyways you will get lots of tips on the site, unfortuately everyone has such great ideas that you want to do them all. But usually once someone has a great idea many people post how you can achieve that idea for cheap. Very creative women (and men) on this site. Welcome, Sara

Hi Debbie!

I'm not too far from you :) I live in Cambridge, but work in Brampton so I'm near your area all the time :)

 

I love Punta Cana - beautiful beaches!

 

You're going to love this site - I've only been here a short while myself and have already found so much inspiration and great advice!

Do you mean me? If so, I think there was someone else on here who did something or knew someone who was a wedding planner in Orangeville (I can't remember which thread). I don't have a planning company yet, I need some experience first, but thanks for mentioning me, I appreciate it.

Welcome Debbie. I have a friend who lives in Shelburne, so I have been to Orangeville many times. Let me know if you need any help with anything. I am getting married in Cuba, but was a BM at a wedding in Punta Cana last April.

Wow, l was born and raised in Ottawa (Nepean actually), and lots of ladies here from my neck of the woods! Cool!!

I'm surprised anyone has even heard of orangeville actually LOL.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
