As many others have stated..WOW. I love it, I'm excited to do my own, and I'm totally overwhelmed! You are the queen DIYer! prayer1.gif

I love the idea of the pre-travel kit. When did you give that to your guests? Before or after the invites? Or after they RSVPed?

The brochure is exactly what I need to give to my guests, especially for several people in my family that will be flying out of the country for the first time.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post everything!

I sent them about 3 weeks before the wedding to those who can RSVP'd and booked.

At the wedding, I was teased mercilessly for sending people so much information ("another mailing from Rebecca?!?"). I loved it!

And I'm so glad you guys can make use of this stuff! I had such fun putting it together - now I just don't know what to do with my free time. I'm going to have to start a business on the side helping you guys with your weddings!

Wedding dinner menu cards – each one is personalized for each guest with their names, table number, and menu selection. The bottom of the card is perforated and tears off to be handed to the waiter so he brings the right stuff (and yes, actually, FI is having the crispy shrimp and the rack of lamb):

Our cake inspiration – ours will have pink roses instead of the red callas – and will be Tres Leches:

Our Guest Non-Book – itâ€s a plate that has a special pen – everyone signs, then you take it home, bake it and the marker becomes permanent. I does say not to use it for food – I assume acids and such will damage the marker. Came from Target!

Our Guest Book (from Hallmark) – so appropriate!

These are the inside pages. I borrowed the idea from someone else, and tweaked it to fit the album from Hallmark. I canâ€t remember who it was, but thank you SO much!

Becks,

Do you have the template for the guest books? I love this idea but am having the hardest time creating one like it and I haven't had any luck searching for one!

Thanks!

I would have thought I'd included it. But I'm too lazy to go check. Here it is (again?)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
