what to wear under the dress?

I will be wearing a strapless bridal bra, my spanx, and possibly crinoline under my gown. I bought the crinoline to go under my dress but not decided if I really want the added poof. My dress has some crinoline already built in and I think that it is probably enough. I love all the cute personalized panties but again I am undecided.

This is becoming a pressing issue that i hope you ladies can help me with!

 

I don't have a traditional dress, but it is backless and sideless, so my options are limited.

This is my dress:

mine is actually a lighter shade, but same style. When i took it in to have it hemmed, i asked about her sewing cups in and she said, yes she could do that, but the stick on ones would give me better support. The girl in the picture appears to have NO boobs, but i am on the larger side of a C, so i need some added support.

 

 

I have this, but it totally won’t work because you would see the flaps and how weird would that look?!

I got this, and I have tried it on with little success (it doesn’t seem to do much LIFT-wise) – am I doing something wrong? Do I need more practice? They just sit there, stuck to my boobs – but not doing much else.

So my mom got the body shaper for me and I tried it on. It sucked everything in like spanx does, and it has the cups at the top. My dress fits a lot better with it on and I don't have to worry about keeping my puppies in place now. They sit where they should be, and that works for me.

Good luck finding something that works. Can you alterations person sew in an underwire like the first link you posted, and then chop off the little side sticky parts?

She said it would ruin the lines of the dress and then it probably wouldn't hang quite right.

I suppose at the end of the day, i will see what works BEST, and if the girls sag a little, well, it is what it is. A preview of our happy marriage!

I am a 34DD and my corset dress is plenty to keep the girls where they belong.

 

I have enough layers to also be in a position to sport black tights, but I'll be opting for blue underpants... probs from LaSenza... or maybe something funny!

Where did your mom get it...do you have a link?

I am not sure if I will need anything as my corset top holds the girls just fine...but as for other things I have tried...I really hate strapless bras as you are constantly pulling up on them.

My suggestion is getting something sewn in, or these spanx things...I know some graduation students that used something like them and they really worked well.
