What kind of high fiber cereal do you eat?

I eat the organic "Smart Bran" one which has 13g fiber and only 90 calories....great on yogurt, or with vanilla soymilk

They are great because you get filled up and there are only 60 calories per serving! Some of the Kashi cereals are too sweet for me, I can't do that much sugar/maple/honey in the morning.

Red River cereal: Made with flax and it's hot cereal, so kind of like very seed-y oatmeal. (5.7grams of fiber)
Grape Nuts: Not made out of grapes or nuts. LOL! (7 grams fiber)
Both are very bland, so I usually add milk and a package of fake sugar.
