I am seriously considering doing a beach reception (scary!). but if I do - I will be doing the lounge set up and the tables lit from beneath. I figure it could either be windy and sandy...or completely amazing!

Hi everyone..I finally spoke to Gabi on the phone regarding her prices...they are pretty reasonable but her other decorations are far beyond my price range but here is what she does and some prices..Im definately going with the lounge set up and extra seating...but here it is

 

•Tent décor with 6 round white lamps

Price: 500 USD + 10% TAX ***sounds great!

 

•10 Supports with hanging white round lamps for path

Price: 600 USD + 10% TAX

 

•10 Tiki torches for perimeter

Price: 200 USD + 10% TAX

•4 Round flower Pomanders for gazebo décor (margaritas or gerberas)

WHITE ACESSORIES FOR ALTAR (these are beautiful, everything is white and bold and it comes with some picture stand to hold a huge picture two lounge cubes for bride and groom to sit, a big white cross, and a little stand for someone to read a poem or something from it.. (I think this would be more for someone who is having a religious ceremony)

 

LOUNGE FURNITURE

1 SET OF LOUNGE GROUP FOR 8 - 10 PEOPLE

Include:

•1 rectangular table

•1 candle centerpiece

•1 love seat for 2-3 people

•1 bench for 2-3 people

•4 lounge cubes

Price: 380 usd + 10% tax (you would need several of these in order to give it that lounge effect)

 

CHARACTERS

•3 Mayan warriors to perform 3 songs and lead the guest to reception area. The guest can take pictures with the performers after the show.

•Drums performance (4 elements) and fire acrobatic acts (2 elements) -20 minutes

1,650 USD + 10% Tax

•MC for events ( 2- 3 hours)

450 USD + 10% Tax

I am definitely doing the beach and lounge set up...how many times do you actually get to have your guests or yourself even participate in something as romantic as this...dinner on the beach with dancing and drinks?? never! So good luck !!

I'm definitely getting two of lounge set ups and the white balls on the sand to surround my setting. My group is a younger group I have little older family so this will work out great! Im thinking about one of those gazebo tents to cover my guests but not sure if my FI will enjoy me splurging all this money

I LOVE IT. I talked to her too, but im still so unsure..I just can't picture it looking as beautiful and glamourous with only 30 people though?.. We'll see, it would be a nice thing to have after the reception..just for drinks and dancing. I'm thinking of using that DJ with the glowing dance floor so I think that would look nice with the lounge set. CANCUNBRIDE, thanks so much for the tips!

Lana that DJ is the one Im also getting, Mannia. I think its the one Dreams uses..He is great, you will have to deal with your WC for her to set it up..Im also renting that dance floor but if this lounge set up place can provide me a cheaper one in white, Im going for that instead. Happy shopping!
