Ladies, I need your opinions here...we're trying to think of unique table name ideas...I wanted to use names of places we've both been to together...however FI mentioned the idea of having each table named in honor of a deceased relative. Is this too morbid or sad for such a happy celebration?? I just don't know.

IMHO, I think it might be a little morbid. Perhaps have a an area with empty chairs dedicated to the deceased.

I prefer the idea of having a table with loved one's pictures instead.

                  You made the right choice!

Weddings tend to have little bits of ackward family tension and if I got seated at weird Aunt Mary's table with people I didn't like... man, that would be the end of me celebrating.

We've tossed around the idea of putting a scrapbook page in memory of our deceased relatives -- since we are going to do a scrapbook guest book. But pictures on the table is an excellent idea as well.
