That is a great review, which doesn't surprice me. I'm kindof bummed not that I never looked at Dreams. Now, I know you didn't just take 3 pictures. fork them over girl, stop holding them back.. lol
Actually Tammy, I forgot the rest of the Tequila adventure. I couldn't find it anywhere, we even looked at a couple hole-in-the-wall liquor stores. Probably there are places to get it, I just wasn't finding them. We did find small bottles at the airport (the terminal where Delta, Frontier, and Alaska fly out of) in the CaboWabo shop. There were three small bottles for $25usd. I think they were 50ml (about an ounce and a half) but I couldn't tell if it was just the bottle that was blue, or if the tequila was blue.

I don't know how much you wanted to spend, but this was a cool looking bottle of tequila at Costco. It was 1L, and the bottle is blue (not blue tequila, I don't think though). It is Corralejo Tequila Reposado and the cost was 175 pesos, about $17. There are also tons of cheaper tequila if you wanted to go that route, I found prices for 1L as inexpensive as $10 at Costco, up to $40 fancy Jose Cuervo.

Here's Jeff modeling the Corralejo:

Jeff is such a good model.. lol.. That's a pretty big bottle I was thinking shot glass size or the next size up. I seen them at the airport but I would have a problem getting them when I first arrive (wouldn't you think?) The three small bottles at Cabo wabo for 25 isn't bad..

Here's the cake I want. It will be very small with 3 layers. You can give them a pic and they supposedly can re-create it. I've heard very mixed reviews about their cake though. So i went with a pic Mariana sent me, hoping they could easily recreate something they had already done. Also, this is just a plain white cake with red rose petals on it, so I figured it would have to be pretty hard to screw up!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
