Yes indeed we are back and I am back at work already. Boo. Boo.

But I gotta limit the time off right now with everything coming up.

Anyhoo.... we had a wonderful time in Jamaica and the trip was some well deserved rest, relaxation and Red Strip for both of us. That was definitely the best way to spend our first anniversary.

And Maura..... I actually do have a photo of the bracelet I made. I enlisted the help of a few people on a Mexico forum that I know. I only had a limited amount of coins to use, so they shipped me some extra ones in case I messed them up in the process. I took the photos to show them how it turned out. What I did was drilled holes in all the coins, shaped them into a dome shape to add some depth to them and then used jump rings to connect them together. The only difference now is that I changed the connector to something easier for a bracelet. Without further ado...

OMG that bracelet is amazing! That is one of the nicest gifts I have ever seen1 I absolutely love it! Jason you are the absolute best husband, Karen is so lucky to have you (and you to have her!)

I am so glad you guys had a good time. I think you would have had a better time if you packed me in your luggage but oh well...lol.

You guys have to post pics of the trip. I hope you guys had some yummy rum punch while you were down there.

I know we would have had an awesome time if we smuggled you into the country!

And yes....many a rum punch was consumed.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
