    Thanks ladies, since i already booked with laluna photogagraphy, i'll buy the two passes for them. Also, are you ladies using outside decor?

      I am bringing my own chair sashes for the ceremony and my own lanterns to hang in the Pandero Terrace for my cocktail party. I'm doing dinner in one of the restaurants, so no decor needed there!

          I bought my own sashes and runners from cakeletters.jpg

           

           

          I also ordered fuchsia and tangerine paper lanterns for our cocktail party and I have centerpieces for that also.

           

          Still working on decor for the gazebo too.

           

          Soooo much to do!!!!!!

              Woo hoo!  We are officially over 75 room nights booked!  And we still have over 4 months to go!  Bring on the private events galore!

                  Hi There sach26!

                  We had our reception at the Maracas Terrace. I don't believe you can have outside DJs. There are one or two companies you can use for lighting and music unless that has changed recently. Some other brides used their services. We had an at home reception so we didn't splurge on those items. We brought and used an iPod dock with playlists of music we put together.

                     Congrats!! That is awesome. I read somewhere there is still a per person charge for the free private events - does anyone know if this is true??

                      Once you reach 75 room nights, private events are free.
