I am really looking forward to karebear's review!!  It's been months sine we've all heard one.

 

I'm bored here at work on Friday so I just wanted to post an update of what is going on with my wedding plans.

 - I finally have some ppl starting to book - my G-ma, sister, aunt, a bridesmaid.  So excited!!

 - Went dress shopping again (second time) and I just love this one dress....I think it might be the one.

 - Going bridesmaid dress shopping next weekend.

 - Figured out my centerpieces

 - Purchased fans, cake topper, "I DO" letters

 - Received RSVP postcards from vistaprint

 - Have my wedding shoes and backup flip flops

 - Have my list for OOT bags

 - Working on AHR site

 

Feels so good to have so much done.

Hi Ladies my wedding is exactly 2 months from tomorrow and I realized that I have so much to do. The biggest thing on my list right now are the OTT bags and I am having a hard time figuring out what to put it them. Do you all have any suggestions of what to put in them and where to find stuff that won't break the bank? I am definitely putting mugs in all of them...but do you have any ideas? Trying not to panic with the growing list of things that still need to be done. :confused: Crazy how fast the time has gone!! I feel like I just got engaged yesterday!

Oooh SO exciting!

 

I got my OOT bags from Vista Print, as well as t-shirts and personalized note pads and pens.  I made "Oh Sh!t Kits" with first aid kits, shout wipes, antibacterial, tums, gum and tissues. Then I found cooling mist (with aloe) on clearance at Bath and Body Works for the girls.  I also bought Spanish for Dummies books at Office Depot for $1.  Oh! and I also have flipflop playing cards from Oriental Trading.  I'm still trying to think of what else to put in them too.  I have throw around the mug idea, but I was curious of how worth it it really was?  Did any previous brides feel like their guests got a lot of use out of them??  I'm trying to think of good stuff to put in their for the guys too..

Thats cute..where are you getting them from?  Do you know if the bar will fill those cups instead?

I'm upset.  I had planned to get the ones from the Dollar Tree where you can personalize them.  And only $1 of course.  Now I can't find them anywhere.  I hate having to wait to buy stuff.  I have no idea how many ppl are showing up.  This sucks!!

Yes, the bar will fill any cup that you bring to them.  We have a friend who works for a company that does promotional products, so I am going to order the cups from him.  Do you want his info?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
