Thank everyone!

It is crazy how fast the last few months are going by.  I feel like I don't have any real time to work on the details of the wedding.  I feel like I am being hyper sensitive about everything....my poor fiance.

I am having a hard time chilling out.  Is anyone else going through this?  I don't want to argue or pout over wedding planning!  Feel like I don't know who I am some days sad.gif

No, I am not going thru that.....YET!!  :)  Who knows how I will be in about 6 more months.

What details are there that you need to work on?  Are they things you can just let go until you are down there?  I know I would want to have everything figured out and done but I need to remind myself that it cannot happen until I am actually down there.

Do you have any time to get a good workout, yoga session, massage, facial or other relaxing/de-stressing activity in?  Maybe if you do something to relax it won't seen as crazy and you will be more in-tune with yourself.

I really don't know what to say...just throwing things out there.   hug2.gif

Thanks so much Taryn! I will take any advice I can get. It is not the wedding so much that is throwing me over the edge lol but I made the mistake of changing jobs in the midst and my hours have gotten so much worst! That being said lack of sleep and socialization has made me shirt tempered and impatient. I tend to be type A usually and went from not caring about the wedding to trying to squeeze it into every free moment, But I know and am trying to make a real effort to chill out! At least I have the biggest part figure out....I am marrying a wonderful (tolerant) man! ;)

For brides who have gotten married at ACP and have used the Spa services for their hair and make-up, do you have any suggestions on who to request?  I read some time ago that Hugolina was really good, so I have since then, requested her for my wedding, but.... just wanted to double check! ;)

I also booked a 'trial' with Hugolina a couple of days before the wedding... Anyhow, any tips/suggestions are appreciated! :)

Thanks!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
