NOT a funny.... I am STRESSED OUT!!!

Recommended Posts

My folks are in Europe - and have to be in Australia at the beginning of August. Matt's parents are here in the US, but are unable to travel TOO far b/c of health reasons. I'm thinking maybe Hawaii? (though that might be pretty far for his folks to travel)

Alright, I'm off to purchase some cabernet. I'll be back in a few... =(

Remember, this is supposed to be FUN!!! The whole house buying thing, and the wedding. I definetely know how stressful it can be moving and buying a house. (I work at a busy RE/MAX office) Also, we all know how stressful wedding planning can be as well. Anytime I find myself not having fun with the wedding I take a break and do something else. Me and Bo (FI) agreed from the beginning that this whole thing would be fun and very low stress. I mean that's the whole point of having a DW right? I know vacations are expensive so I think you should treat yourself to a nice hour long massage, and take time doing whatever it is you love to do. Seriously, take a TIME OUT and stop and think about everything you are greatful for and appreciate in your life. It's so easy to forget these things, and get caught up in the chaos and stress instead. Imagine all the bridezillas who become sooo stressed out they are ready to snap the entire pre-wedding, then even more stressed the day of, and they walk down that isle and don't even remember it because they're so busy being miserable. Don't let that happen!!! Always remember you deserve time for yourself and only you can make that time :) Relax Girl!

Yeah, gorgeous and no doubt, expensive! I'm almost to the point of saying "I don't give a ****!"

Matt actually asked me if I wanted to head off to Vegas next week... =( This WAS supposed to be fun... How in THE hell does one plan a wedding in three to four freaking weeks?!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
