Fuschia Brides Post Here - Any color combo w/fuschia

Recommended Posts

I'm also doing fushia and coral/ orange. My daughter(8yrs.) is having a coral dress, the table runners are coral, the chair sashes are coral. My flowers are fushia and white that are offered as a part of our wedding package and I will add a few coral colored ones on my own. The ribbon that wraps the bouquet is fushia and I will add our personalized ribbon with our names and date of DW to it. My TTD Bouquet is natural touch flowers coral/fushia.

I haven't gotten much further than that.

My centerpieces wil be 653 and 654 on the floral fantasies website.

Floral Fantasy; Flowers for All Occasions from Negril, Jamaica / Seasonal Occasions. I just bought fuschia chair sashes from wedding linens direct home page. I don't know if I need table runners or if that is just overkill? I like the idea of the large cylinders of limes which open the tables up a bit, but I don't know if the roses and orchids provide enough color to the table or if it still needs some more bling?

OMG your centerpieces are exactly what I want too! It's too bad I'm not getting married in Jamaica! Have you thought up doing a mock up table? I plan on just going to the grocery store, buying some flowers and setting a table with a runner, some bling, limes, tea lights etc. to see how it looks. That way when I find what I want I can also take pictures and give them to the wedding planner at the resort.

Chantelle - those are the invites that we had and everyone LOVED them. Many folks mentioned how nice it was to see color in an invitation when they're usually so stark white or ivory.

We also used these for our STD's:

They both worked really well together with both the fuschia/orange and floral theme. We used Wedding Paper Divas.

Thanks Ladies!

Frazali - LOVE your Save the Dates and I think that your THANK YOU cards are VERY clever! I have been very impressed with WPD's! I was hesitant and unsure about the quality...but once all was said and done, I am VERY impressed with everything (including the price!). We also got our stamps from Zazzle.com so that the stamps reflected the wedding stationary. Photoshop is amazing!

Thanks Jacilynda - The height of the floral centerpieces was one of the first things that attracted me to the wedding package we purchased!

I love this color combination! So bright and punchy!

Thanks, Chantelle - I loved them as well. And they really went so well with the invitations. And I can't claim that the Thank You photo was my original idea, but I love how they came out!

Yes, fuschia and orange is the perfect tropical combination.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
