I have a cake?

I would really like to have a blue wedding cake with shells and starfish, my WC told me that I would need to provide the shells and starfish and she said they are white chocolate and sold at Godiva stores. I am not sure how to accomplish this, since I don't think the chocolate will hold up during the flight, any suggestions?

 

I would like a combination of the 2 pics I have attached.

Hey Jenn, Chocolate should hold up during your flight. When we visit Cuba (we have Cuban friends there) we generally will tote along Canadian treats - this usually includes high end chocolate and maple sugars (a Canadian tradition) - we have never had a problem.

If you don't like those, you could make your own - use a candy mold and a hard-candy/lolipop recipie.
